Mistaken or duplicate donations
If you gave the wrong amount, gave twice by accident, or did not intend to give at all, contact us within 14 days of the transaction. Where the funds have not yet been committed to a project, we will refund you in full through the original payment method.
Unauthorised transactions
If a donation was made from your card or account without your permission, tell us immediately. We will work with Paystack and your bank to reverse it and will not contest a legitimate chargeback.
Cancelling monthly giving
Monthly gifts can be cancelled at any time — email or call us and we will stop the next charge. Gifts already collected are not automatically refunded, but we will consider a refund request on the terms above.
How long it takes
Approved refunds are submitted within 5 working days. Depending on your bank, the money typically appears within a further 5–10 working days.
Transfers awaiting confirmation
If you paid by bank transfer and uploaded proof, and we cannot match the payment within 10 working days, we will contact you before either confirming or cancelling the record.
