What we hold to
Dignity first
Every girl we serve is a person, not a statistic. Our language, photography and consent practices follow that.
Sisterhood
We work in circles, not hierarchies. Women who have come through the programme lead the next cohort.
Accountability
Money in, money out. We publish what we raise and what it funded.
Sustainability
We favour skills and enterprise over hand-outs, so support compounds after we leave.
