Sisters in Business — Enterprise Skills Cohort 1

Twenty-eight young women completed a six-week enterprise programme covering costing, pricing, record-keeping, sourcing and customer acquisition. Each participant finished with a written business plan.

Nine of the strongest plans received a seed grant. Six months on, participants are trading in tailoring, food processing, cosmetics retail and phone accessories.
