The story
Girls Lead runs monthly circles where secondary school students meet women already working in the fields they are curious about. Sessions cover public speaking, negotiation, civic participation and how to ask for what you are worth.
The programme is deliberately small and repeated: the same girls, the same mentors, every month, so trust has time to build.
